TeleSpeak is pleased to join forces with Pika to provide application developers with the incredible Warp telephony appliance and the long established range of telephony boards. The Warp is an application-ready Linux telephony platform that can support applications developed through Asterisk or through the native Pika telephony API.
The many benefits of the Warp include:
Low power consumption
No moving parts, other than a fan (which runs only when needed)
Support for SQLite and a web server
A good range of telephony (FXO, FXS and BRI/ISDN2) connectivity
A capability of up to 30 concurrent telephone calls
Many developers are finding that the price point of the Warp makes it a perfect solution for a whole range of CPE (customer premises equipment).applications.
PIKA WARP
The Appliance for Asterisk® is ideal for developers looking for a small, low cost computer replacement to deploy Asterisk based applications in the Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) and Small/Medium Enterprises (SME) markets.

Completely customizable, it is compatible with VOIP phones as well as analog sets. Unlike your typical computer or appliance, PIKA has covered all your customer’s traditional telephony requirements.
Music on Hold (MOH) and Paging can be cumbersome to add to a data centric solution as is power failure transfer (PFT), but all are included in the PIKA appliance.
