David Duffett has delivered training in many parts of the world. These include North America, South America, Central Europe, Eastern Europe, the Far East, the Middle East, Africa and, of course, the UK - where David is based.
The training he delivers most of the time falls into three broad groups:
- Technical Training on telephony in general including Asterisk, VoIP and traditional interfaces
- Technical and User Product Training
- Communications Skills Training (mainly public speaking, presentation skills and train the trainer)
